Key characteristics of the project:
A comprehensive interview programme that started with the Leadership team and went on to interview representatives from all Business Lines at all levels.
- A programme of workshops to consider cross-business working opportunities and how to foster collaborative behaviour was delivered, in order to initiate a debate about the future of work and also consider what opportunities for better working could be created in a new workplace.
- A number of scenarios were developed based on minimum, moderate and ambitious change. These were presented to the client along with test fits and visuals to bring each option to life based on remaining in their existing building. This allowed the Leadership team to debate and finalise the brief to be used to test new build and development opportunities in the centre of Warsaw.
- The workplace strategy document is a comprehensive document that has supported building selection and will drive the design and delivery of the fit out once the selected building is constructed.
