12 Hectare site Hotel = 20,000m2 Spa/Wellness = 4,500m2 Conferencing = 3,300m2
The creation of an exemplar sustainable hotel, leisure and conferencing facility that both draws from and adds to its local environment and its location on the edge of the Kampinoski National Park – a UNESCO Biosphere.
The development sets a new benchmark in both the amenities and environmental design tailored to be a new beacon for a holistic, wellness ‘offering’.

Set within a 12 hectare site, the resort is formed of a wellness/spa centre, hotel and conferencing facilities. The strategy for the project was to immerse and merge the buildings into the landscape, creating a modern, yet sensitive and respectful architectural response.

Designed to be a new leisure focussed destination, for users from nearby Warsaw, Poland and beyond into Central Europe, the remaining site will be formed from complimentary residential houses and apartments, collectively creating a new ‘county park’
