Savills had envisioned a more creative environment for their new work floors. The design has stimulated a more social environment, encouraging movement and shared support areas. This is energetic atmosphere creates cross-team working and increased communication.

The project includes three bespoke visitor areas located on the lower ground, mezzanine and seventh floors. The Business Hub and Client Meeting Suite are visible from the main reception and easily accessed by way of a new feature steel staircase, a negotiated TRM. High quality and flexible client entertainment spaces are located on the Seventh Floor with client dining and presentation spaces being grouped around an elegant lounge which looks out across a terrace that extends the width of the building.
In addition to dedicated client areas, touchdown spaces and meeting rooms area are provided on all floors for visitors and staff to meet informally.

Not only has this project delivered sophisticated, timeless, welcoming spaces that provide flexible, efficient working areas and an excellent visitor experience - it has also achieved a BREEAM excellent rating, and was delivered on time and under budget.
